The US mass killing duo were manufacturing home-made bombs from commercially available materials. They used the simple instructions in an AQ pdf magazine (Inspire) that is free to download. Not the first, and dare I say the last time we are going to see tactics, techniques and bombs from the Inspire magazine. It has become the lone Jihadi field reference manual.
